The Youth Helpline is part of EDAs Youth Service which offers help and support to young people affected by eating disorders. It has several facets; dealing with young people who call the telephone helpline for information, help and advice; responding to letters and e-mails from young people; responding to queries from parents and professionals working with young people researching and writing literature specifically designed for young people. Please note there is also a Youth Text Service: Youthline TEXT service 07 977 493 345 (std text rates) We will get back to you within 24 hours. It will take longer at weekends as we don't work Saturday nights or Sundays. Also available - Recorded Info Service 0906 302 0012 (calls cost 50p per min & the message lasts approximately 8 minutes)
