People are living longer, healthier lives. We all know that growing old is a natural process, but we can all feel differently about this. You may feel positive about it, or you may experience anxiety or a mixture of different feelings. You may also feel uncertain as to whether you will be able to maintain a good quality of life as you get older.

Getting older can sometimes bring added challenges. These might include:

  • Changes in your physical health
  • Extra responsibilities, such as being as a carer (for example to your grandchildren, other relatives or your partner)
